Isabelle Charland
Principal Owner
Isabelle brings many years’ experience and hands-on working knowledge in the human resource, staff management, executive coaching and development/training arenas within the BC Public Service and private sectors.
She has in-depth experience and expertise in the development, re-build, implementation and leading of strategic and operational transformations in human resource/people management business practices and processes. Advises, coaches, trains and supports Principal Owners with setting up their businesses. Guides teams through transformative changes requiring fundamental shifts in service philosophy and delivery practices.
Isabelle also provides coaching and facilitation in the areas of effective job search to assist individuals and groups to gain practical skills required to be considered for employment.

Gabriel Rainn
Operations Management
Gabe brings many years of day-to-day and practical operations management experience in areas such as industrial, retail, warehousing and purchasing combined with financial planning and an education in information technology. This varied experience and expertise coupled with a passion for employee engagement make him a very valuable asset to us given the direct links to all and any HR matters.

Chris Siver
Legal Counsel
Chris’s practice focuses on employment law and human resources legal issues. Chris is a graduate of UVic Law, the vice-chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s civil litigation section for Vancouver Island, the president of the Kinsmen Club of Victoria and a board member of the Victoria International Running Society, which runs the TC 10k and Victoria “International Track Classic”.
